The Wood River Refinery is located at Roxana, Illinois and is completing an expansion to increase capacity from 306,000 BPD to 356,000 BPD by 2011, making it the sixth largest domestic refinery.Ìý

²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ÔÚÏß¹Û¿´. completed the fabrication and assembly of 101 pipe rack modules, with installed pipe, to support this expansion at our two Louisiana facilities.Ìý 67 were completed at Amelia, Morgan City and 34 at Belle Chase, New Orleans for a total of 4,080 Tons.Ìý Dimensional control by total station was used to ensure construction tolerances were met and when all units were installed there were no miss-fits or errors to be rectified.Ìý Work started in October 2008, the first shipment was made in March 2009 and the final shipment completed in November 2009 utilizing barge for the large units and truck for the small ones.Ìý A total of 274,000 hours of direct labor were expended.Ìý

This project involved the second phase expansion of the power station in Queens, New York, with ²ÝÝ®´«Ã½ÔÚÏß¹Û¿´. completing the fabrication and assembly of six process and utility pipe rack modules, weighing a total of 1,800 tons and including piping and valves up to 30 inches. The work was accomplished over an 8-month timeline, requiring 180,000 hours of direct labor. Bay loaded-out onto a customer-supplied barge, shipping the units from the Bay Corpus Christi facility for direct delivery to Queens, New York.Ìý
